Optomechanical components
Development and construction of optomechanical modul kit systems with the
following features:
- flexible,
- easy to use,
- cheap,
- compatible to micromodul system from company Linos (former Spindler
& Hoyer), 40x40 mm base area and 6mm rod connection system,
- and miniaturized module system woth 20x20 mm base area and 3mm rod
connection system (can be integraded directly into devices).
Basicelements
- adjustable translation stages (one- and two degree of freedoms)
- adjustable rotation elements
- adjustable roll and pitch elements
- flexible to use groove base material
- height adjustable mounting stages
